Our fast growth in Tampa Florida brings an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Client Service Representative (CSR).

About the Role

As a CSR, this role focuses on generating revenue through maintaining client relationships and working side by side with a team of sales professionals.

As a CSR you will collaborate with the sales manager as they manage a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new opportunities for the company.

In this role, you will

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of existing client job sites
  • Maintain client records by updating account information
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with clients and SentriForce team members on solutions
  • Report results and market indicators to sales management
  • Work autonomously and proactively
  • Follow up, follow up, and then follow up some more

Your Qualifications

This position is customer-facing, which requires a person that enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis. A desire and ability to learn new skills is extremely important in this role.

This is a position for someone who interacts well with people and enjoys creating and building relationships. We believe that the right person can find great success with our hands on training and mentorship program.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a service-oriented industry is strongly encouraged
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check and a drug screening (both pre-employment and randomly during employment)
  • A college degree is preferred but not required. Your experience and personal attributes are more important to us.

Compensation

  • Base salary
  • We provide a fixed and variable reimbursement program (FAVR)
  • A simple commission structure that incentivizes account management.
  • You have the ability to earn.
